ReLTEK , pronounced real-teck, now in its 23rd year, is a New Jersey based Limited Liability Company that specializes in managing all aspects of our clients real estate and right of way portfolios.
Combined, ReLTEK has over well over 100 years experience in the rail and utility industries. Our staff has a diverse background in real estate, operations, regulatory affairs, finance, law, government affairs and industrial development. It is this diversity of background and experience which we believe distinguishes us from other service providers.
ReLTEK founder Paul Catania, is the former Director of Conrail’s Real Estate and Administrative Services Support organization. Catania himself has over 40 years of rail, management and contracts expertise. Under Paul's leadership, ReLTEK continues to grow and provide innovative property services to its customer base.
ReLTEK also employs the services of numerous other skilled Real Estate and Right-of-Way professionals. In addition, ReLTEK maintains a network of strategic business partners that serve to broaden our scope and supplement our core offerings.
