ReLTEK , pronounced real-teck, is a minority-owned Limited Liability Company, based in Berks County, Pennsylvania with a regional office in Burlington, New Jersey.

Combined, ReLTEK has over 100 years experience in the rail and utility industries. Our staff has a diverse background in real estate, operations, regulatory affairs, finance, law, government affairs and industrial development. It is this diversity of background and experience which we believe distinguishes us from other service providers.

• William Matthews, Esq. , the President of ReLTEK, is an attorney with over 25 years experience in corporate law and business organizations.

• Paul Catania, Vice President of Operations, is the former Director of Conrail’s Real Estate and Administrative Services Support organization with nearly 20 years of rail, management and contracts expertise.

• Jeffrey Sturm, CPA, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, is the former Director of Shared Services with GPU and has more than 20 years of experience in financial matters, supply chain and negotiation.
